Who is Sonashi Sinha?
She is the daughter of yesteryear matinee Shatrugan Sinha. She has had recent success herself with the new debut in blockbuster films. This past two years she has been able to shed over 30 kilograms (that’s 66 lbs) within the course. This process seems almost impossible for anyone to do, yet Miss. Sinha was able to accomplish all this within 2 years. This means that she was losing over a pound a month over the course of two years.
60 Kilo from 90 Kilo
In two years Sonakshi Sinha was able to go from 90 kilograms to 60 kilograms. Many people do not even look at her the same way now. She admits that it was not an easy task to get rid of all this weight. However, she had the determination, support, and help of other people as well.
