In the lives of human beings, these two different things collide and form a web to the health of a person in the end. Sleep is something that we MUST have or we will die, that ability to rest ourselves and recollect our thoughts are necessary for good health. Furthermore, we incorporate that with weight and that is when health becomes a very important factor. Losing weight relies on multiple factors and sleep is one of the many that you will encounter.
Sleep can affect the weight that accumulates through one median, your stress. If you have not really thought or felt it, stress can do a variety of things to your body. It can cause depression, acne breakouts and most of all weight gain.
Here are some tips to keep your stress and sleep under control:
1. Always sleep around the same time and wake up around the same time, in other works allow your body to get into a rhythm. This lets your body and mind know when they can rest and when they should be awake. To be healthy in terms of weight and body fat you also need to keep in mind that sleeping is good too.
2. Make sure that your sleep is at least 7-9 hours, this allows the most energizing sleep. Also when you are done with this expect yourself to be a lot more energetic throughout your day as well.
3. Do not sleep over 11 hours. Sleep is good for you, no, in fact, it is great but too much of it starts to put a hit on your mind. You have to sleep and have to be awake. If you ever slept for a longer period of time than your usual rhythm you should notice that you are not as energetic and instead are tired and groggy.
