1. Drinking sugary drinks and soda pop
Of course, you should know that pop is one of the worst things to consume as it is bad for you in terms of the high amounts of sugar but also because drinking carbon dioxide(a waste product you breathe out) is not exactly the best idea. Whenever a person comes to me and says “Help me lose weight” I always ask if they can help themselves. How I can help you if you are not even going to try and help yourself. This concept is like the one where you can do anything that you want and no one really has a say in it. So keep your head up and throw away those soda pops that you see, instead go for something a lot better like Milk or if you can a bottle of water. Tea and coffee are also good replacements for other sugary or carbonated drinks. Furthermore, they can also help in increasing your adrenaline and thus help you slowly burn calories.
2. Fried food much?
This is another common thing that is on the list of things NOT to eat. However, I think that it is okay to consume fried food every once in a while but the difference is that you should never eat too much-fried food. Fried food usually contains a lot of fat and the breading is also usually made off of the base of fat. Whenever we get our hands on fried food it is hard for us to contain the desire to have as much as we can. If you are someone who can contain the urge to have fried then you should have some otherwise it is the best to get away from it as fast as you can. Oil is literally fat going into your body and it is one of the worst things that you can eat for your body.
3. Not Exercising
This means that you are either lying in your bed watching tv or just doing something that does not relate to working out at all. Work and family are important but how important are they if you are heading in the direction of dying? Make sure that you understand that your health is just as important as the health of your family as well as other things. I remember my family working hard every day and not eating at all just to provide some extra money for my college. It was a sacrifice that I wish they did not have made, instead just make sure that you are healthy and the other things are a lot easier to deal with, physically and mentally.

These good choices will start to build and eventually let you slim down to the weight that you really want to go to. One of the first things that I see people do a lot, especially my friends, is giving away to a small scoop of ice cream or a slice of cake. These are all foods high in fat and not only are you giving in but each time you do so it makes it easier for your body to say yes to the next slice of cake. Another thing is the idea that people like to eat a lot of fast food, instead, take a long time and order some fresh fish from your local Chinese restaurant. This is a lot better and easier for you then to have bad food from the fast-food restaurants.
