One of the most influential books that I have read throughout my life of being a girl is this ebook called Fat Lass Factor. It made me realize so many things that might help me get rid of all the weight that I was putting on. Now that I have tried and actually used the book I got together some friends and we all wrote a review together. It might seem cool to see that you are losing some weight but in the end, once the diet stops the pounds starts to come back. Then this whole series of events repeats itself, your body is something that needs to be maintained and it cannot do that without the right nutrients.

When people on doing extreme diets or not eating and they seem a big change in weight it is not actually fat you are losing. It is water. Just those things and nothing else, which makes perfect sense why they come back after you stop doing those diets. Stop trying to hurt your health and instead work on improving it with a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy Weight Loss Methods!
Although I did mention a lot of them in the previous paragraphs I want to really go through some of them that I personally know pretty well. Not only are you getting healthier by losing weight but also by doing these things instead of other extreme weight loss things.
1. Eating right! I would recommend everyone to eat organic fruits, veggies, and even meat if you can. These are not fed with steroids and you know that what you are eating is 100% mother earth. It took me a few years to get that idea down but once I started I could not believe how much clearer my mind felt. My body just felt more energetic and the best part is that I was losing weight that I have never lose ever before. This means that eating right, especially organic things, is amazing and should be a part of your healthy weight loss program.
2. The other thing that I talked about was sports. Although I do not do any more sport I do jogs every day and not only do I get a good workout and get my blood pumping but I have been staying the same weight. If you have never experienced a nice long job or that nice adrenaline rush from jogging or working out in general then you should try it out. Not many people can say that they jog every day to start healthy and be on a diet to improve their health for the short and long run.
