If you decided to lose your weight then it’s necessary to have a strong will to change your lifestyle otherwise you can’t succeed because present lifestyle brought extra kilograms.
Weight loss starts with the head:
-first you must analyse present situation and favourite habits;
- you will have to refuse almost from all of these habits;
- analyse each habit from the point of view of: how it affects your target to become slim (lose weight);
- which of the habits is very important for you and how changeable is it to achieve your goal;
- most part of favourite habits link to the activity;
– be pudgy, for example to eat crisps at TV, beer in the evening etc.;
- its all allowed but it can’t become a habit and all problems start here.
Weight loss mostly starts with the resolution:
- from tomorrow (Monday, New year etc.) I start new life;
- only healthy food, a lot of sport, active lifestyle etc.;
- nothing bad, only right and best things;
- I will be the best, coolest, slimiest at work (town, village etc.);
However all these resolutions and plans after a short period of time are thrown way and forgotten to appear later and disappear again.
How to act in these situations:
- resolution will work better if you won’t be so categorical;
- you must right judge yourself, what you can and what you cannot;
- there must be a space for the fallbacks to continue your resolution after a small step back.
Example how to define your resolutions better:
- next week I will eat less chocolate than till now;
- from tomorrow I won’t eat chocolate at all.
