It is important that before your weight loss journey you plan it properly. There is a huge choice of weight loss strategies and plans online and you’ll have to choose one or few that suits you the best. It is important that, before you dive into the first or another one weight loss journey, you set your goals. It isn’t necessary to set a weight loss records by exhausting yourself physically and psychologically, do it slowly – step by step.

Fourth – be active. It’s essential that you burn more calories than you ingest. You don’t have to run a marathon, simply walk when it’s possible, use steps instead of using a lift, join a gym, play interesting ball games … jump, run, ride a bike or just walk or move.
Fifth – choose your food carefully. This is very important part because as we mentioned before … you lose weight in you burn more calories than you ingest. Think about alternatives and replacements to meals and products you had before. Beef or pork you can replace with chicken or fish, burgers or pizzas can be replaced by tasty chicken and salad or tuna and salad sandwiches, sweet and sugary drinks replace with fresh fruit juices and eat more fruits and vegetables.
Sixth – maintain your achievements and set new goals. Do not forget why you started this journey and challenge. As we mentioned above, set achievable goals: cut down your daily intake by 100 calories and then increase the cut-down, join gym where membership cost will make you to go there, stay away from chocolate for a week, then two weeks. Start slowly but decidedly and you won’t have to wait for the results.
