Holiday diet – a diet for those who want to achieve an amazing result and supply their body with a huge amount of vitamins. Diets duration is 7 days and the main rule is – do not eat after 7pm.

1st day

Breakfast – grapefruit or its juice with no sugar, two pieces of ham (25 grams each), coffee or tea with no sugar.

Lunch – grapefruit and vegetable salad (any vegetables except those which contain starch), plus greens), 1 portion – 250 grams, coffee or tea.

Dinner – cooked or grilled meat (raw meat – 150 grams), salads of greens with lemon juice (200 grams), tea with honey (1 teaspoon).

 

2nd day

Breakfast – grapefruit or its juice, 2 boiled eggs, tea or coffee with no sugar.

Lunch – grapefruit, low fat cheese (50 grams) or low fat cottage cheese (150 grams).

Dinner – grilled fish (200g), big portion of green vegetable salads with lemon-olive oil sauce (1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil), slice of black bread or ship’s biscuit.

 

3rd day

Breakfast – grapefruit or its juice, 2 tablespoons of oat-flakes or musli with one tablespoon raisins and few milled nuts (except peanuts), add 4 tablespoons of low-fat yoghurt or milk.

Lunch – grapefruit, a cup of vegetable soup or lucid stock with two rusks.

Dinner – half of a grapefruit (before bedtime), cooked or grilled chicken meat (200 grams), 2 fried tomatoes, tea.

 

4th day

Breakfast – glass of tomato juice, boiled egg, tea with lemon.

Lunch – grapefruit, vegetable salad of carrots or green vegetables (cucumber, celery, lettuce, broccoli etc.) with lemon-olive oil sauce, slice of bread or a toast.

Dinner – cooked or stewed vegetables – cabbage, beet root, carrots, celery, summer squash, use any vegetable except potatoes and corn (portion at most 400 grams), tea.

Before bedtime – grapefruit or its juice.

 

5th day

Breakfast – fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple), coffee or tea with lemon.

Lunch – big baked potato with salad of cabbage or any other green vegetable (200 grams).

Dinner – beef steak (200 grams) or chicken (250 grams) or fish (250 grams), fried tomato or tomato juice.

Before bedtime – a glass of grapefruit juice or its juice.

 

6th and 7th days You can choose any of days above.

Suggestions:

- once in a day if the hunger is huge, you may eat an apple or orange, also its allowed to add one teaspoon of the honey to your tea;

- the best tea to drink is a green tea with lemon;

- coffee must be espresso or freshly made (natural);

- before going to sleep its allowed to eat only a grapefruit;

- do not use salt;

- during the diet forget about fat fish;

- eat only lean meat .
