The flat belly diet will make you belly flat and fit. It should look the same when you’re lying or upright.
Avoid usage of salt and reduce usage of following products: white bread, biscuits and cakes. Eat more small meals instead of few big. Your food must contain a lot of oranges, lemon juice and cress salad. Drink less coffee but more water.
Breakfast (choose one of the options):
1) glass of low fat yoghurt, one orange;
2) one boiled egg, two toasts.
Lunch:
250 grams of skinless chicken or fish, big salad portion.
Supper:
One grilled beefsteak, 75 grams of boiled beans, one orange.
Lunch and supper can be swapped.
Snacks (2 every day):
One chocolate bar, a plate of lean soup.

Exercises:
Sit down on a chair with a straight back, legs bend in knees, feats presses to the floor. Extend your arms forward, lower your chin, breath-out, strain your belly muscles and crouch frontward down. Breath-in, breath-out and return to the initial position. Repeat this exercise 5 times and gradually increase the amount of repeats.
