Extreme Swiss diet is extreme but result will be amazing (extreme). Duration of the diet depends on how long you can stand it, approximately 7-8 days.

Extreme dietThe diet:

1st day

- during the whole day 300-400 grams of boiled or with no oils grilled potatoes, may add a greens,

- in the evening before the bedtime 0.5 litres of the Greek yoghurt (fat content 1%).

2nd day

- during the whole day up to 1 kilogram of fruits,

– apples or oranges,

- in the evening before the bedtime 0.5 litres of the Greek yoghurt (fat content 1%).

3rd day

- during the whole day 300-400 grams of the curds,

- in the evening before the bedtime 0.5 litres of the Greek yoghurt (fat content 1%).

4th day

- during the whole day up to 0.5 kilograms boiled or with no oils grilled lean fish (cod, hake, trout),

- in the evening before the bedtime 0.5 litres of the Greek yoghurt (fat content 1%).

5th day

– start from the 1st day.
