This diet is extreme but result will be amazing (extreme). Duration of the diet depends on how long you can stand it, approximately 7-8 days.

- during the whole day up to 1 kilogram of fruits,

- during the whole day 300-400 grams of the curds,
- in the evening before the bedtime 0.5 litres of the Greek yoghurt (fat content 1%).
- during the whole day up to 0.5 kilograms boiled or with no oils grilled lean fish (cod, hake, trout),
- in the evening before the bedtime 0.5 litres of the Greek yoghurt (fat content 1%).
