Duration of the diet is 10 days.
Breakfast
coffee with no sugar;
Lunch
cabbage with one spoon of plant oil, every second day add one egg;
Supper
200 grams of lean meat or 200 grams of fish.
If you are hungry between the meals, only thing you can eat is a plain cabbage in unlimited volumes.
You must drink 2 litres of water or green tea a day.
