Apple is a very valuable fruit, which contains almost of all the necessary vitamins and mineral substances for the human body and sugar and pectin as well. Apple diet normalizes metabolism and will help you to win the battle against those irritating extra pounds.
To decrease the weight it's recommendable to use the apple diet 1-2 times a week. There are various versions of the apple diet.
1. Whole day eat only apples. The amount is not restricted but it is necessary to drink a lot – the best are calming teas.
2. During the day its allowed to consume 1.5 kilograms of apples but the MAIN thing is – DO NOT DRINK. Apples provide sufficient amount of liquids.
3. Apple diet for 6 days:
1st day – 1 kilogram of apples
2nd day – 1.5 kilograms of apples
3rd day – 2 kilograms of apples
4th day – 2 kilograms of apples
5th day – 1.5 kilograms of apples
6th day – 1 kilogram of apples
During the apple diet it's allowed to drink a tea, especially a green tea and eat a black bread toasts. Beside apple, there are many other good appetite suppressants but probably they're not as natural as you think. Diet pills, for example, can be considered as appetite suppressants as well.
